Chantilly Family Practice Center (CFPC) is staffed and equipped to provide a full range of ambulatory, diagnostic and treatment services for illness or injury, including laboratory, x-ray, trauma care, minor surgery and casting. Chantilly Family Practice Center renders extensive medical services that range from regular patient visits to injury evaluation and treatment. Urgent Care Services – No appointment is necessary to see a physician for acute medical treatment, medical urgencies or minor injuries. CFPC also offers a complete X-Ray and Lab services in-house. We work very hard to keep our waiting time to a minimum depending in the appointment schedule. Our clinic is open Monday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday between 9 AM and 1 PM.  For a complete list of insurance carriers visit our Insurance Page.

Specialist services – Chantilly Family Practice Center offers specialist services of Allergist, Cardiologist, Physical Therapists, Physiatrist, Urologist, Weight loss program specialist, Nutritionist and Plastic Surgeon. For more detail information visit our Specialist Page.

Physical Therapy Services – Certified Physical Therapists at our Center provide strengthening exercises, manual therapies to improve range of motion, deep heating, paraffin treatments. Travel Physicals Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, we provide the medical services you need to make the trip healthier and, therefore, more enjoyable and productive. CFPC is a leading provider of travel immunizations and travel-related services to businesses and leisure travelers. Our highly trained physicians and nurses will assess your individual needs, prescribe and administer immunizations and medications, and discuss precautionary measures to be considered while at your destination.  Our medical team references a number of resources, including the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), so that we stay current with the latest developments in the field the travel medicine.
