Chantilly Family Practice Center (CFPC) accommodates complex requirements of any pre-employment or corporate physical examinations.  No appointment is necessary to see a physician for injury treatment, drug screen or any other medical service.  Our facility is credentialed with numerous workers’ compensation carriers, which allows us to assist any of your work comp needs more efficiently. Urgent Care Services – Chantilly Family Practice Center offers extended hours and services to our clients and patients. We can accommodate acute  injury cases and render emergency care on weekends. Our providers are affiliated with local hospitals and will follow the patients until complete recovery or ensure proper referral.

On-Site Services Program – CFPC clients can enjoy screening services, vaccination, health fairs and medical conferences on-site. Our medical facility will supply the know-how and personnel to administer various projects without having your employees leave your office.
